Well hey, here’s some good news: Emdashes.com has been recognized as a 2008 Webby Award Honoree. I created illustrations for the site under the direction of Patric and Su at House of Pretty. Congratulations to the guys and of course to ebullient reporter Emily on the award!

At the Ballpark

I’ll be out of the office all day Monday the 31st at the Cleveland Indians’ home opener against the White Sox. Of course it’s supposed to rain all day. Go Tribe!

Yippee ki-yay

The Winery at Wolf Creek’s peach wine Space Cowboy has just been bottled, featuring one of the new label designs I worked on. It’s a tribute to the famous scene near the end of Doctor Strangelove in which Slim Pickens rides an atomic bomb as it falls through the sky. Yee haw.
